That's funny you ask about Conk's story. Flyfisher emailed me and asked if I had received any emails that looked like they were from one of the guys from BBC. He said someone had taken some emails and were sending out emails that were not very nice.

Morning everyone....i wanted to let AL know that he didnt chase me away yesterday (al male or female?)

what was the deal with conks story? i did not get to see the first part, just what was posted yesterday

Local investigators gathering more evidence in Dunlap case

Local investigators are heading to Georgia today to receive evidence collected from the investigation of drifter Gary Michael Hilton.
Investigators with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and the Leon County Sheriff’s Office will bring the evidence to the FDLE Crime Lab for processing.


The two agencies and the State Attorney’s Office met with Georgia and North Carolina officials who agreed to release the evidence to local investigators.

“I am pleased with the progress and spirit of cooperation that we have enjoyed with all of the agencies involved,” Sheriff Larry Campbell said in a statement.

Hilton is the primary suspect in the death of Crawfordville resident Cheryl Hodges Dunlap, whose body was found in the Apalachicola National Forest in December. He is also a suspect in the deaths of a North Carolina couple.

Hilton was sentenced to life in prison after he pleaded guilty to the death of a Georgia hiker.

I just read that on BBC Chat area. I hope they can get him to talk about the other murders he did. Although there are no bargaining chips left really.

I wish he would fess-up also. He might as well.

it would be nice if he would just start singing everything, would probably bring closure for more than a few!

Yes, and maybe the relatives wouldn't have to wonder forever what actually happened to their loved one, knowing where they were taken and knowing maybe that they didn't suffer over a long period of time like Meredith must have, would have to help a little at least.

Sure is quiet everywhere tonight. Just wandering around lost...hope someone finds me.
